摘要
8 0年代末期 ,我院合同制护士走进军营 ,成为医院护理队伍的主力军。近 3年来 ,我们将她们编入预备役部队 ,对其实行军事化管理。组织她们学习预备役部队有关知识、中国人民解放军三大条令、条例、战地抢救演练 ,促进了合同制人员思想素质和专业素质的提高 ,增强了“兵”的意识 ,提高了医院护理工作质量 。
In late 1980s, the contract nurses entered barrack; and became the main force of the nursing team in the hospital. There years ago, we grouped them into the force of the reserve duty, and the military administration was carried out among them. They were called together to study related knowledge about the force of reserve duty and Three Clauses of People's Liberation Army of China, practised war salvage, thus their political consciousness and level of professional work have made great progress and the consciousness of “being a soldier” has penetrated into their minds. In this way, the quality of nurses in our hospital has been improved, moreover, a mighty reserve force for PLA has been formed.
