摘要
聘用护士是军队医院护理队伍的重要组成部分。为不断提高聘用护士整体素质,对聘用护士的招聘管理环节进行规范,形成了一套行之有效的制度,严格聘用护士录用、培训、管理,全院聘用护士队伍稳定,护理队伍结构趋于合理,护理质量不断提高。
Employed nurses are the important part of nursing human resource in military hospitals. In order to improve the general quality of employed nurses constantly, we standardized the employment and management for employed nurses and established series of systems to employ, train and manage the employed nurses strictly. As a result,the group of employed nurses maintains stable, the constitution of nursing human resource tends to be reasonable and the quality of nursing has been improved constantly.
