摘要
基于在磷酸介质中Ir(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化橙黄G(OG)退色反应的催化作用,建立了一个测定铱的新催化动力学光度法。在最佳反应条件下,反应速率与铱的质量浓度在0.005-1.5μg/25mL范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为3.1×10^-4μg/mL。对0.50μg-25mL Ir(Ⅳ)测定的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=11)。用于冶金产品和岩矿石中痕量铱的测定,结果满意。
Based on the catalytic effects of iridium (Ⅳ) on the oxidation reactions of orange G(OG) by KIO4 in H3PO4 medium, a new kinetic spectrophotomctric method for determination of trace iridium (Ⅳ) was established. Under the selected conditions, good linear relationship could be obtained between the catalytic reaction rate and the concentration of Ir (Ⅳ) in the range of 0.005-1.5μg/25mL with a detection limit of 3.1×10^-4μg/mL. The relative standard deviation for the determination of Ir(Ⅳ) at the concentration of 0.50μg/25mL was calculated as 1.6% (n=11). The method has been successfully applied for the determination of iridium in the metallurgy products and ore samples.
