摘要 目的 对多指标的教学质量调查资料进行综合评价。方法 用模糊综合评价法分析学生对军人、聘用护士教学质量的调查问卷。结果 护理学生对军人护士带教质量综合评价优良率为55%,综合得分为85.7分;聘用护士优良率为40%,综合得分为79.8分。结论 模糊综合评价方法对研究事物可做出综合的定性、定量评价,便于事物的比较。 Objective To conduct a comprehensive evaluation on multi-factor data concerning the teaching quality of clinical nursing. Methods Using the fuzzy mathematical method, a questionnaire study was conducted among student nurses to evaluate teaching quality between army nurses and contracted nurses. Results Student nurses thought more highly of the teaching quality from the army nurses than from the contracted nurses. Conclusion The fuzzy mathematical method may be used for qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation on multi-factor events.
