摘要 准确测试结构陶瓷断裂韧性的一个关键问题是预制具有自然裂纹的试样,这个问题一直没有一个简便而有效的解决办法.本文对桥压法引发陶瓷的自然裂纹的可行性和存在的问题进行了实验研究和应力分析.针对桥压法存在的问题,提出山形切口诱导桥压法引发裂纹,对几种陶瓷材料试验后获得较理想的结果.为准确评价结构陶瓷的断裂韧性提供了一种有效可行的方法. The specimens with natrual sharp cracks are important for measuring the fracture toughness of structural ceramics, but precracks of ceramics is a tough problem. In this paper, experimental researches and stress analysis were performed to investigate the precrack technique of ceramics, and the advantage as well as disadvantage were discussed. A new method, chevron-notch-induced precracking method, was advanced. This method is convenient to introduce a straight-through precrack into ceramic specimens. It provides a effective means to evaluate accurately the fracture toughness of ceramic materials.
