摘要
采用化学分析、力学性能测定和金相检验对氨水槽泄漏失效进行了分析。结果表明 ,槽体泄漏系应力腐蚀引发裂纹所致 ,严重的冶金缺陷和组织不良是引起槽体腐蚀开裂的主要因素 ,而焊接应力的存在和废氨水溶液的腐蚀则加速了裂纹的扩展。
The cracked ammonia-flume was analyzed by chemical analysis and metallography. It was concluded that stress corrosion caused the ammonia-flume cracking . The severe metallurgical defect and coarse mixed microstructure were the main factors, and welding stress and ammonia accelerated the crack growth.
