摘要
以单边切口梁法SENB(singleedgenotchedbeam)测量材料的断裂韧度KIC为基础,用静态膨胀的方法SESB(singleedgestaticexpansionbend)预制陶瓷等脆性材料的原生裂纹,代替一般常用的机械切口,再用三点弯曲法测试其KIC值。根据一系列实验研究结果,对膨胀法的基本原理、试件的选择、表面质量的要求、裂纹预制及测量都作了叙述。最后将所测出的KIC值与用SENB法所求结果进行比较,得出较为满意的结果。
Based on the testing fracture toughness K IC by signal edge notched beam (SENB) mothed,the cracks in brittle materials such as ceramics are precracked by the mothed of static expansion(SE).The precracked cracks replace the common mechanical notches and the K IC value is evaluated by three point testing mothed.On the basis of a series of lab experiments and studies,several issues are discussed in detail here,such as the fundamental principle of expanding method,the selection of specimems,the requirements of the surface quality,the precracking process and the measurement of the precracked cracks.Finally,the tested K IC values are compared with the other K IC values of SENB testing mothed.Thus,a very satisfing result is gained.
