摘要
报道了内蒙天然碱碱泥絮凝用微生物絮凝剂适宜产生条件的研究结果。高糖低氮培养基有利于絮凝剂的产生。适宜摇床发酵条件为 :初始pH值 7.5~ 8.5 ,培养温度 30℃ ,摇床转速180r min ,发酵 60h ;在摇床优化的培养条件的基础上进行 5L罐放大试验 ,发酵周期缩短 12h ,絮凝活性提高了 14.4 5 %。
Some factors affecting the microbial flocculant production from Enterobacter aerogenes mainly including medium compositions and cultivation conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimal medium compositions for microbial flocculant production were high C/N; The optimal cultivation conditions were as follows:initial pH 7.5~8.5, temperature 30℃,agitation rate 180r/min and the cultivation time 60 hours.As a result, the flocculating activity in shaken flasks could reach 78.2%. While in a 5L fermentor,the flocculating activity could reach 89.5% within 48 hours.
