摘要
用差热分析、X射线衍射、光学显微镜及扫描电镜等手段,对高岭土合成4A沸石的操作条件进行了选择,并研究了过程中物态的变化。所得图谱清楚显示出该合成过程中物料从有序到无序再变成有序的变化。焙烧高岭土与NaOH反应的动力学曲线表明,反应存在一个诱导期,并有自动催化的特性。
X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and electron microscope were used to select the operation condition for the synthesis of 4A zeolite and to investigate the state of materials in various steps. From kaolin to zeolite, an order-disorder-order transition in material microstructure was distinctly observed from the diagrams obtained. The reaction between calicinated kaolin and NaOH for zeolite generation was indicated by the kinetics curve to possess an induction period and an autocatalytic character.
