摘要
本文报导了用广东高岭土合成洗涤助剂4A沸石的工艺研究。通过产物性能测试表明:用广东多个地区的高岭土均能制得钙交换能力较高的4A沸石;同时,原料的组成、结晶程度明显影响产品性能。经过原料筛选实验、工艺条件选择实验,成功地制备出主要性能达到化学合成法指标的优异4A沸石,为广东高岭土的深加工应用开辟了新途径。
A study on synthetic technology of 4A Zeolite from Guangdong Kaolin is reported. From the measured properties of the synthetic products, it is concluded that high exchange capacity zeolite can be formed from various types of Guangdong Kaolin, and the properties of the synthetic products are affected obviously by the structure and components of kaolin. Using specially selected raw mineral and designated technology parameter, a zeolite with exchange capacity 304 mgCaCO_3/g, particle size 4×4×4μm has been prepared.
