摘要
本文对煤系高岭岩合成4A分子筛的工艺路线和条件、结晶过程中的形态和动力学变化进行了探讨。指出可以不经过成胶和老化阶段,直接由偏高岭石晶化形成4A分子筛。
The technique process and reaction condition of 4A molecule sieves synthesized from coal-series kaolinite, as well as changes of kinetics and shape in its crystallization is discussed in this paper. The study shows that 4A molecule sieves can be formed directly from metakaolinite, and the gelation and agingstage can be ignored.
