摘要
针对双目视觉检测系统在测量中存在的问题,提出了基于三目视觉的检测方法,研制开发了一种与三坐标测量机相结合,能够进行强反射自由曲面测量的基于主动视觉的线结构光三目视觉测头.文中阐述了测头的工作原理和几何结构,介绍了三目视觉的立体匹配算法.该方法从理论上解决了双目视觉中存在的误匹配现象,提高了自由曲面的测量精度.
In order to solve the deficiencies in the binocular vision,a trinocular vision inspecting system is proposed.A linestructured light trinocular vision probe based on the active vision and combined with coordinate measuring machine(CMM) for measuring mirror reflecting freeform surfaces is presented.This paper illustrates the principle and geometry of this probe and introduces the trinocular vision matching algorithm in detail.This method solves the mismatching problems in binocular vision and improves the measurement accuracy for freeform surfaces.
