摘要 针对大尺寸复杂弯管空间参数的测量精度难以保障、测量效率低的问题,提出一种基于多目视觉的非接触式弯管空间参数测量方法。该方法根据多目视觉原理,利用基于中心轴线的匹配方法,从不同视点获取弯管空间轴线的三维坐标,并利用边缘线计算弯管外径,最后利用三维建模技术重建被测弯管的三维模型。设计并建立了一个八目相机的弯管空间参数测量系统,测量实验证明该方法和测量系统可以实现弯管空间参数的快速测量,测量时间可控制在1 min内,两端面中心点测量误差为0.25 mm,外径测量误差为0.0721 mm,弯曲角度测量误差为0.278°。 Aiming at the problems that it is difficult to ensure the measurement precision and the measurement efficiency is low in the spatial parameter measurement of large size and complex bend tubes, a non-contact measurement method of bend tube spatial parameters based on multi-vision is presented. According to multi-vision principle, this method acquires the 3-D coordinates of the bend tube spatial central axis from different points of view adopting the matching method based on central axis, and calculates the bend tube D modeling technology, the 3-D model of the measured bend tube is measurement system with eight cameras was designed and built. With 3- tube spatial parameter measurement experiment proves that the proposed method and measurement system can realize fast measurement of bend tube spatial parameters, and the measurement time can be controlled within 1 min. The measurement error of the central points on both sides is 0.25 mm,the measurement error of external diameter is O. 072 1 mm, and the measurement error of bending angle is O. 278°.
