摘要
研究了炭化树脂负载杂多酸催化剂的制备方法,利用IR、SEM等测试方法对催化剂进行了表征,并以异丁烷与丁烯的烷基化作为目标反应,测定了催化剂的活性.初步实验结果表明,该催化剂具有机械强度好、活性组分溶脱量少、能保持基材球状、酸强度大且活性组分分布均一及对目标反应具有较高活性等特点,是一种具有较好应用前景的新型负载杂多酸催化剂.
Employing macroporous DKC cationexchange resin as the precursor, highintensity globular carbonized resin was prepared by the process of high temperature carbonization and water vapor activation. 12phosphotungstic acid supported on the carbonized resin catalyst was synthesized through dipping process. Their structure\, physicalchemical character and acidity were detected by IR, BET, SEM, NH\-3TDP and solvent dissolution methods. Its catalytic activity was checked by using alkylation of isobutane with butene as the mold reaction. It has been found that carbonized resin is a kind of carrier with stable structure, higher specific area and plenty of oxygencontaining active sites on the surface which play important role in the supporting of HPW12. Carbonized resin supported HPW catalyst is of high intensitive, stable composition and possesses high activity and selectivity for the mold reaction.
