摘要
采用过量浸渍法制备了一系列活性炭(C)负载磷钨酸(PW)催化剂,并用N2吸附、XRD、NH3 -TPD和BET等手段对其物化性质进行了表征。结果表明,负载磷钨酸后,样品仍然保持较大的比表面积,负载质量分数达30%时,磷钨酸仍在活性炭表面高度分散。随着负载量的增加催化剂酸量增加,负载质量分数为30%时酸量最大,负载量进一步增大,酸量下降,30%PW/C具有最大的萘的异丙基化催化活性。
A great deal of effort has been made for searching the alternative catalysts to improve the yield of 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene (2,6-DIPN). 12-tungstophosphoric acid (PW) immobilized on active carbon at room temperature was used to form the PW/C catalyst. The structures of the surface-immobilized PW/C catalysts were studied and identified by using nitrogen adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and ammonia program temperature adsorption (NH3-TPD) techniques. When the PW loading is as high as 30%(wt), PW can be highly dispersed on the surface of active carbon because of the interaction of molecular PW and pore walls of active carbon. Using the PW/C catalyst, the alkylation of naphthalene with isopropanol was investigated in a 100 mL batch stainless-steel autoclave with stirring. The experiments show that 30%PW/C with the activation temperature of 300°C exhibits higher catalytic activity than other PW/C catalysts because of its higher acid amount and appropriate medium strong acidity. Reaction results show that the suitable reaction temperature is 200°C. A significant enhancement in the selectivity of 2,6-DIPN and conversion of naphthalene were observed by using the 30%PW/C catalyst under the above conditions.
