摘要
改革开放以来,浙江的小城镇建设发展迅速,推动了农村城镇化的进程和农村经济的发展,增加了农 民的收入。浙江小城镇发展中存在的主要问题是数量多、规模小,小城镇城市化水平低,聚集功能弱等。进一步 促进浙江小城镇发展必须采取多管齐下的对策与措施。
Since the reform and open policy was adopted, small cities and towns have been built up quikly in Zhejiang, which speeds up the pace of turning the rural area into citis and towns, promotes the development of economy in the country and increases the income of the farmers. In terms of the practical condition of building small cities and towns in Zhejiang, we have to point out analytically the main problems in the development of small cities and towns: too many in number, small in size, lower in level and weak in function of assembly, as for which we put forward some measures and counter - measures to promote the development of small cities and towns in Zhejiang.
