随着农业生产力水平的提高和工业化进程的加快 ,我国大力推进城镇化的条件已渐成熟 ,农村城镇化是一个农民致富、工业进步。
With the increase of agricultural productivity and the acceleration of industrialization, conditions have been ripe to propelling urbanization within townships. The urbanization within townships embodies an evolutionary process composed of the common prosperity of farmers, industrial progress, development in cities and tertiary industry.
