Effects of Different Training Programs on Cardiac Hypertrophy in Rats

摘要 采用大鼠强制游泳的方法,研究了高强度间歇训练与耐力性持续训练对心脏重量及心重/体重比率的影响。6周训练后发现高强度间歇训练对心脏重量影响较小;耐力性训练致心脏绝对质量明显增加,其增大程度对运动持续时间有较大的依赖性。实验结果还显示,两训练组雌鼠的心重/体重比率均高于同组雄鼠。 Based on a compulsory swimming program, a study was made about the effects of high-intensity interval training and sustained endurance training on the heart weight and the ratio of heart weight to body weight in rats. After 6-month training, a significant increase in heart weight was observed in the sustained training group, while in the interval training group only a slight increase was seen. This suggested that aerobic training could improve the composition of myocardial protein and that the increase in heart weight was mainly related to the duration of exercise. Moreover, this study showed a greater increase of heart weight in female than in male rats.
