摘要
从蚯蚓的营养价值、药用价值和生理特点等方面 ,介绍了蚯蚓在食品饲料、医药临床及环保中的应用研究现状 ,展望了蚯蚓开发利用的前景。
The nutritive value, medical value and physiological characteristics of earthworm are summarized and its application in food and forage, medicine and environmental protection are introduced. Finally the developmental future of earthworm is discussed.
