地龙对新西兰大白兔背部创伤愈合作用的机制研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的:通过对地龙促进创伤模型愈合的实验观察研究,探讨地龙的促愈合作用机制。方法:在新西兰大白兔背部制作创伤模型,外敷地龙提取液,进行肉眼观察、病理学检查、免疫组化分析和电镜观察,并分别用bFGF和002mol/L的地龙提取液溶媒做阳性对照和阴性对照。结果:肉眼观察发现地龙组表皮、肌肉的愈合率明显比阴性对照组高;病理学检查表明地龙能促进肉芽组织中的成纤维细胞、毛细血管、胶原纤维和DNA的增长;免疫组化分析结果表明地龙能显著地增加肌肉组织中肌动蛋白的数量,有利于伤口的收缩,电镜观察发现地龙组肉芽组织中细胞功能旺盛。结论:地龙具有显著地促进创伤愈合的作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Lumbricibae Eisemia foetida (LEF)extract on wound healing in rabbit.MEHTOD:Fourteen rabbits were wounded on the back.Each one had three wounds which were treated with extraction of LEF,bFGF and 0 02mol/LPBS,respectively,once dayly.By the day 3,5,7,10,and 14,the area of wounds were measured,and the granulation tissures were measured by pathological methods including HE staining, Van Gieson staining,Feulgen staining and Actin staining.RESULT:The results showed that the rates of wound repair in the groups of LEF and bFGF were quicker than that in the control group ( P <0 05).The levels of fibroblast,DNA,capillary,collagen and actin in the groups of LEF and bFGF were observed significantly higher on the 7th day after wounding than those in the control group( P <0 05).Thus the healing of wound was advanced and wound contracted.CONCLUTION:Wound healing was obviously enhanced by LEF.The mechanism may include the following reasons:①enhancing the proliferation,activation and phagocytin function of macrophage,②promoting the hyperqlasia of epidermis and contraction of wound,③promoting the growing of granulation tissure.
