摘要
名贵藏成药七十味珍珠丸是传统藏药的典型代表,在经典方剂中大量矿物类药的运用,困惑着现代医学科学。以金诃七十味珍珠丸为研究材料,以Wistar大白鼠为试验对象,用等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)和氢化物原子吸收光谱(HAAS)等分析仪器,测定了对照组和给药组实验动物在连续18周试验期间毛发、粪便等代谢物中矿物质元素含量,结果表明:七十味珍珠丸中矿物质元素主要以胃肠道为代谢途径,以粪便形式排出体外,在体内不会造成矿物质元素长期性蓄积而产生毒害。
Precious Tibetan medicine seventy flavors pearl pill is a typical example of traditional Tibetan medicine. Modern times medical science puzzled that it has a large number mineral medicine of traditional Tibetan medicine. This test used Jinhe seventy flavors pearl pill for the experiment material, used Wistar mouse for the experiment target. Test mineral elements content in feather and excrement metabolites on control group and experimental group during 18 weeks with inductively coupled - atomic elements spectrometry(ICP - AES)and hydride atomic absorption spectrometer( HAAS). Explain the mineral elements of seventy pearl pill metabolism on the living thing body.
