摘要
七十味珍珠丸 ig0 .2 5和 0 .5g/kg可明显增加兔脑血流量 ( P<0 .0 5)、P<0 .0 1 ) ,十分明显的降低脑血管阻力 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,0 .1 2 5g/kg也有一定的作用 ,且呈现量效关系。但各组间血压和心率变化不大 ,无统计学差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。提示该药在不影响动物正常血压和心率的情况下 ,可能改善脑循环。
Ranasampel(RNSP)0.25g/kg and 0.5g/kg ig markedly increased the cerebral blood flow and decreased cerebral vascular resistance.The doses of 0.125g/kg also yielded certain effect too.There is dose-effect relationship.No marked changes revealed in the heart rate and blood pressure in each group,without statistical change( P >0.05).This result showed that the RNSP can improve the cerebral circulation without changing the normal blood pressure and heart rate.
