摘要
利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定青海省不同产地异叶青兰中钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、镁和钠八种矿物质元素的含量。通过对异叶青兰中矿物质元素含量的测定，观察不同产地的异叶青兰中矿物质元素的含量差别。该方法的加标回收率在91．33％～100．1％之间，RSD值在1．53％-3．52％之间，具有较好的准确度和精密度。研究结果表明不同产地的异叶青兰中各元素的含量均有差异。本试验为异叶青兰的合理药用提供了可靠依据。
Eight mineral elements such as Ca, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, K, Mg and Na in Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. were determined by flame-atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene flame. The contents of eight mineral elements in Dracocephalum heterophyUum Benth. were determined and the differences of the content in Dracocephalum heterophyUum Benth. from the different places were observed. The recovery rate obtained by the standard addition method was between 91.33% and 100. 1% ,and the RSD was between 1.53% and 3.52% ,so the method has better accuracy and precision. The results of the experiment indicated that there were considerable differences of the content of the eight mineral elements in these Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. from the different places. The data provide an accurate and credible evidence for reasonable medicinal use of Dracocephalum heterophyUum Benth.
