摘要
生长40d的苋菜幼苗用0、150、300和500mmol·L^(-1)NaCl处理5d后,其生长、光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均受到不同程度的抑制。苋菜的叶和根中蓄积的Na^+和Cl^-含量随着NaCl浓度的增加而显著增加。经各种浓度NaCl处理的甜菜碱含量均增加。
The study about the effects of different NaCl concentrations at 0,150,300,and 500 mmol· L on 40-day-old seedling of Amaranthus tricolor showed that the plant growth, photosynthetic rate, rate of transpiration and opening degree of stoma were all restrained with different degrees after lasting 5 d. The contents of Na+ and Cl- in the leaf and root of Amaranthus tricolor increased remarkably with the raise of the concentration of NaCl. The contents of betaine in all treatments with different concentrations of NaCl increased.
