摘要 自上个世纪 80年代以来 ,血吸虫特异性IgE抗体在抗血吸虫感染免疫中的作用 ,受到较多关注。本文从血吸虫特异性IgE抗体相关抗原角度 ,对其种类、诱导IgE抗体同型应答的影响因素、与过敏原的关系 ,以及诱导特异性IgE抗体应答在抗血吸虫感染免疫中的效应机制 ,进行了综述。
