尘螨变应原免疫生物学研究进展 被引量:26

Advances in immunobiological research on dust mite allergens

摘要 尘螨过敏已成为全球性的公共卫生问题,其粗提浸液中有30多种成分可以诱导机体产生特异性IgE抗体。在已命名的尘螨变应原19种组分中,第1、2、3、9、11、14和15组分是与IgE结合的主要变应原,第11、14和15组分特征仅仅是最近才报道的,第3组和第9组分的研究资料尚不完整,第4、5、7和8组分可调节IgE结合,第10组分原肌凝蛋白在不同螨种之间交叉反应。本文对尘螨变应原各组分的免疫学、分子生物学特征进行了综述。 Dust mite hypersensitivity is a public health problem worldwide.Over 30 different proteins can induce IgE antibodies in patients allergic to house dust mites.Of 19 known allergen groups,group 1,2,3,9,11,14,and 15 allergens are major allergens that bind to IgE.Group 11,14,and 15 allergens have recently been characterized,and data on group 3 and 9 allergens are lacking.Group 4,5,7,and 8 allergens may regulate the ability of dust mite allergens to bind to IgE,and cross-reactivity to tropomyosin(group 10) has been noted among different mite species.This article reviews the immunological and molecular biological characteristics of dust mite allergens.
