摘要
目的 :建立人增生性瘢痕裸鼠模型 ,为瘢痕研究提供新途径。方法 :将人增生性瘢痕组织块植入裸鼠皮下 ,术后第 2 1d、第 35d与术前比较 ,用光、电镜观察组织和细胞形态学变化 ,用全自动图像分析仪测量组织中胶原和酸性粘多糖含量。结果 :植入物的组织学结构特征及胶原和酸性粘多糖含量未发生改变。结论
Objective: In order to provide a new approach to study scars, we developed an animal model with human hypertrophic scars in nude mice. Methods: Human hypertrophic scars were implanted into the subcutaneous of the nude mice.At 21 and 35 days after the operation, the morphological changes of tissues and cells were observed under the light microscope and electronmicroscope, and compared with the originals.The contents of collagen and acidic mucopolysaccharide in the tissues were measured,respectively, by means of automatic image analysis system.Results:No significant differences were found,whether the morphology nor the contents of collagen and acidic mucopolysaccharide,among the implants and the originals. Conclusion: The model of nude mice with human scars is a reliable animal model for studying human hypertrophic scars.
