摘要
根据γ一刀的原理,我们利用^(60)CO放疗和模拟定位机,设计并研制了与之配套的准直仪及定位器。通过对16例脑深部小型肿瘤及AVM的等中心放疗,确立了靶点定位的方法,放射剂量的计算以及间歇性等中心放射治疗的设计.
A ^(60)Co source based radiosugical system has been designed accordig to the mechanism of r-knife.FN-89 stereotactic frame was used for either CT or angiographic lession localization.A series of collimators ranging in diameter from 5mm to 30mm, have been manufactured and the rotation of the ^(60)Co gantry are controlled with isocentric movement.This technique allows the administration of high radiation doses(20000-90000cGy) into a small target and the surrounding tissue would receive only a low dose. 16 patients with deep small brain tumors or arterio-venous malformations(AVM) had been treated from June 1991.No incidences of rebleeding or serious complications were found. We conclude that the stereotactic radiation with ^(80)Co is an effective and safe technique in the treatment of deep intracranial tumors or AVMs.
