摘要
应用不同胎龄的大鼠小脑组织(E15和E18)做移植物,以组织块和细胞悬液两种方法植入受体鼠小脑人工毁损灶内,2月后处死动物。在HE制备的切片上观察移植物成活情况,以组织块移植的胎脑组织未见成活。以细胞悬液植入成活的受体鼠小脑,显微镜检成活的移植物可根据细胞结构特点易与受体脑组织区别,可见到良好分化及成熟的神经细胞。
Successful transplantation of the fetal brain tissue into the injured focus on the cerebellar cortex of adult and aging rats is described. Sixty W istar rats were divided into 2 groups, the experimental group and the control group. Some cerebellar tissue was removed front the nodulus of the archicerebellum of all rats. A block of fetsl Cerebellar tissue or fetal Cerebellar cell suspension was transplanted into the injured focus of the rat cerebellum. At the 2nd month after the transplantation, implants were examined by hematoxylin eosin, staining. The Study demonstrated that the grafts from the cerebellar tissue of homologous fetal rats are able to survive Implants were easily identified on the basis of cellular organization. The differentiated and matured neurons (possibly neurons of the deep cerebellar nuclei) were observed.
