摘要
为探讨不同胎龄大鼠小脑组织所含蛋白成分的差异,制备16d和18d胚胎(E16,E18)及新生1d(P1)大鼠小脑提取液(cerebellum extracts,CE),采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)法鉴定CE内的蛋白成分差异。结果发现E16与E18含有P1 CE所没有的蛋白带,分子量分别约为25.8kd,45.1kd,89.1kd和179.5kd。本研究为寻找新的神经营养因子提供了线索,并为选择最佳移植物体提供了依据。
Cerebellum extracts(CE) from 16d,18d embryonic(E16,E18) and Id newhorn(Pl) rats were made to clarify the differences among the cerebellum tissues from different embryonic ages of rats. The different protein components of CE were proved by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE). The result showed that E16 and E18 but not PI CE shared the same protein bands with about 25. 8 kd,45. 1 kd,89. 1 kd and 179. 5kd as molecular weights .which provided the clue to find new neu-rotrophic factors and the base for choosing the best donor in transplantation.
