摘要
用组织化学方法观察了正常成年大鼠小脑碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的分布、手术创伤小脑AKP的动态变化以及植入胎鼠小脑后,对寄主小脑AKP反应的影响。结果:正常大鼠小脑内,AKP主要分布于脉络丛和软脑膜,均为Ⅲ级。创伤组,大鼠小脑内,AKP反应的部位和强度随时间不同有明显变化。移植组,寄主小脑AKP反应的变化规律和创伤组相似,但在相应的各时期内,AKP的反应,移植组均较创伤组增强。表明植入的胎鼠小脑组织对寄主小脑AKP的活性有促进作用,尤以第4~6天明显。
The distribution of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in cerebellum
of normal adult rats and the dynamic changes of AKP in cerebellum of the
adult rats whose cerebellum was injured and the ones whose cerebellum
received a graft of cerebellar tissue of embryo rats after injury were studied.
In all the groups AKP is mainly distributed in piamater and plexus
choroideus.In injured group,at the first 3 days after injury the reaction of
AKP is weaker and then grows stronger than that in the normal group.The
strongest reaction is presented at the 8 day and then becomes weak gradually.
At the 14 day the reaction is reduced to normal level.In transplanted
group the dynamic changes of AKP is similar to that in injured group but
the reaction of AKP is much stronger than that in injured group at the 4~
8 days after injury.It is considered that grafted cerebellar tissue of embryo
rats can accelerate the activity of AKP of the host cerebellum.
