摘要
甲壳素脱乙酰化反应后,用以甲醛为主体配制而成的交联剂进行交联改性,制得对蒸馏水保水值达1200~1500倍、对自来水保水值大于500倍的超级保水凝胶。其用量最佳配比为壳聚糖0 1g/1%HAc7ml/交联剂3 5ml/增强剂0 5~0 7ml。从Schiff碱反应机理,结合红外光谱分析,提出甲醛交联壳聚糖的交联键结构。
Super water reservoir gel was prepared by deacetylating chitin and subsequent modifying with crosslinking agent chiefly formalin.The water maintenance of gel was 1000~1500 times in case of distilled water and more than 500 times in case of tape water.The preparation formulation of gel was:chitosan/1%HAc/crosslinking agent/reinforcing agent=0 1g/7ml/3 5ml/0 5~0 7ml.The crosslink between the molecules of chitosan was derived from the mechanism of Schiff base reaction and IR spectra as:
