摘要
目的:比较后牙成品螺纹桩核与铸造桩核的临床应用比较。方法:通过5年的使用观察,比较成品螺纹桩核与铸造桩核固位力和核的强度。结果:成品螺纹桩核与铸造桩核固位和核的强度无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:成品螺纹桩+树脂核是一种简便易行,效果良好的的临床修复方法。
Objective: Comparing of clinic using of prefabricated screw and cast metal post-and-core of posterior tooth. Methods: Comparing of strength and retention of prefabricated screw and cast metal post-and-core of posterior tooth after 5 years using. Results: Strength and retention of prefabricated screw and cast metal post-and-core of posterior tooth have no significent difference(p>0.05).Conclusions: Prefabricated screw post-and core is a simply, advisable, better method of clinic restoration.
