摘要
【目的】比较无箍效应时不同桩核材料修复上颌中切牙的抗折强度和断裂模式,揭示不同修复方式的修复效果。【方法】选择牙体完整的离体上颌中切牙48颗,截冠后随机分成4组,分别进行铸造不锈钢桩核、铸造不锈钢桩树脂核、铸造纯钛桩核、铸造纯钛桩树脂核恢复桩核部分,最后均行铸造不锈钢全冠修复。所有实验模型在万能测试机进行力学加载,记录抗折强度和断裂模式。【结果】除损坏废弃者,余42颗牙完成实验。铸造不锈钢桩核抗折强度(292±156)N显著高于铸造纯钛桩核(159±57)N;明显低于铸造不锈钢桩树脂核(440±90)N;与纯钛桩树脂核(294±98)N没有统计学差别。铸造不锈钢桩核和不锈钢桩树脂核都倾向于牙根垂直折裂和脱位,铸造纯钛桩核和纯钛桩树脂核倾向于根颈斜折。【结论】在本实验条件下,修复体抗折强度与桩核材料均有关,修复体的断裂模式与桩材料有关,树脂核有缓冲作用。
[Objective] To analyze the effects of the central incisors restored with different post-core materials without ferrule by comparing the fracture resistance and the mode of fracture. [ Methods ] Forty-eight maxillary central incisors without defects were divided into four groups randomly after endodonfic therapy and amputation at the midline of labial and medial proximal cement enamel joint (CEJ) perpendicularly to the long axis of the teeth. Group I was restored with cast staiuless steel post-core; Group Ⅱ was restored with staiuless steel post and resin core; Group III was restored with cast titanium post-core; Group IV was restored with titanium post and resin core. All the models were crowned. Specimens were mounted in acrylic resin blocks. Loads were applied at an angle of 45 degrees at a crosshead speed of 0.05 mm/min until failure with a universal testing machine. Record the loads required to cause failure and the mode of failure. [Results] The fracture resistance of group I (292±158)N was significantly higher than group III (159±57) N, significantly lower than group 11 (440±90)N, statistical analysis revealed no difference with group IV (294±98)N. The stainless steel post showed a failure of vertically root fracture and post dislocation; the pure titanium post of oblique fracture at the 1/3 root cervical; [Conclusions] Under the situation of this test, the fracture resistance was related to the post and core materials, the fracture mode was related to the post material, the resin core has a buffer effects.
