摘要
将实验室培养的小亚璃眼蜱 (Hyalommaanatolicumanatolicum )和亚洲璃眼蜱(Hyalommaasiaticumasiaticum)清洁幼虫和若虫饲喂于感染环形泰勒虫的牛体 ,收集饱血幼虫和若虫 ,用所孵化的若虫和成虫感染试验牛。结果显示 ,小亚璃眼蜱幼虫、若虫阶段感染 ,所发育之若虫、成虫均可传播环形泰勒虫 ;而亚洲璃眼蜱各阶段的传播试验结果均为阴性。
Lab cultured larvae and nymphs of Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum and Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum were fed to the cattle infected with Theileria annulata, then engorged larvae and nymphs were collected and subsequently hatched to be nymphs and the adults to infect cattles. The results indicated that all of nymphs and adults of H. anatolicum anatolicum, which developed from the above described larvae and nymphs respectively, can transmit T.annulata to cattles, but H. asiaticum asiaticum presented a negative result.
