摘要
目的 建立芩杏口服液中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法 用高效液相法测定 ,选定ODS C18色谱柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,10 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 水 磷酸 (42∶5 8∶0 .2 ) ,检测波长 :2 76nm。 结果 本法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,线性范围 0 .2 0～ 1.80μg(r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率 99.66% ,RSD =1.14%。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quality control of Qinxing oral solution. METHOD HPLC, column:ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm, 10μm), mobile phase: methanol water phosphoric(42∶58∶0.2), wavelength: 276nm.RESULTS This method is convenient, sensitive and accurate. The linear range was 0.20～1.80μg (r=0.9999) and recovery rate was 95.84%, RSD=1.01. CONCLUSION The method can be used as standard quality control.
