摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定小柴胡冲剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 :采用超声法提取小柴胡冲剂中黄芩苷 ,高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果 :本方法线性方程为 :Y =2 3 3 2X +2 74 3 ,r=0 .9995,线性范围 2 .3 1～ 1 4 8μg/ml,精密度试验 :RSD =3 .3 7% (n =5)平均加样回收率为 97.84 %。结论 :HPLC法可作为小柴胡冲剂中黄芩苷含量测定方法 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an convenient and efficient method for analysis of baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules.METHOD:Baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules was extracted with methanol by ultrasonication,and separated by chromatograph with a C 18 column(150mm×6.0mm id) using mobile phase consisting of methanol/50mmol KH 2PO 4 buffer pH 2.4(50∶50 v/v).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and UV detection at 275nm.RESULTS:The regression equation was Y=2332X+2743,r=0.9995(2.31～148μg/ml).The average recovery is 97.84% with a RSD 2.51%.CONCLUSION:The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of Baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules.
