摘要
对硅酸铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料的硬度和时效硬化行为以及常温和高温下的拉、压强度等机械性能进行了测试.结果表明,硅酸铝短纤维不仅明显提高了复合材料的硬度.而且改变了复合材料的时效过程;硅酸铝短纤维也同样大大提高了复合材料的室温与高温强度.同时.热残余应力是导致复合材料拉、压机械性能不同的主要原因.
The hardness, aging hardening behavior, tension and compression strength of aluminosilicate short fibre/ZL109 composites at room and high temperatures were measured. The result shows that the aluminosilicate short fibre not only changes the aging process, but also greatly improves the mechanical properties of the composites. The thermal residual stress gives rise to the differences between tension and compression behaviors of the composites.
