摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、压缩蠕变装置研究稀土元素Gd对复合材料显微组织及蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,加入适当的Gd,使基体中α-Mg相得到了明显的细化,β-Mg17Al12相和Mg2Si相分布更为弥散。当Gd加入量为1.0%时,复合材料的各相分布均匀,晶粒细化效果最佳,抗蠕变性能得到了改善,蠕变应变量由未添加Gd时的4.30%减小到0.45%。
Effects of Gd addition on microstructure and creep properties of Al2O3f/ Mg-6Al-0. 5Nd composites were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X ray diffraction and compressive creep tests. The results show that after adding Gd to the composites,α-Mg phase in the matrix alloy is refined obviously,and the distribution of β-Mg17Al12 phase and Mg2 Si phase are more dispersively. When the addition of Gd is 1. 0%,the microstructure of the composites is more homogeneous and the best grain refinement effect is observed,and the creep resistance of the composites is improved greatly with an sharp decline in creep strain from 4. 30% to0. 45%.
