铸态硅酸铝短纤维/ZL109复合材料的显微组织及时效特性 被引量:2

摘要 用压力浸渗法制备的硅酸铝短纤维/ZL109复合材料组织均匀,无铸造缺陷;基体晶粒明显细化。对复合材料的时效动力学分析表明:硅酸铝短纤维的加入,使基体时效析出的硬度峰提前;时效动力学曲线上出现双硬度峰现象;时效温度影响复合材料的时效过程;硅酸铝短纤维/ZL109复合材料的时效过程主要还是一种基体行为,其时效硬度明显高于基体合金的时效硬度。 The Microstructures of Al-silicate short fibber/ZL109 composites by liquid infiltration method were well distributed and had no casting defects,the crystalline grains were fined. The analyses of the aging hardness curve of the composites showed that the additions of Al-silicate short fibber accelerated aging and there were double hardness peaks on the hardness curve. The aging process was affected by aging temperature. The aging behavior of the composites was mainly controlled by the matrix material,and the hardness obviously exceeded that of the matrix.
