摘要
目的 从中药北刘寄奴中分离鉴定生物活性成分。方法 溶剂提取及柱色谱法分离 ,光谱技术鉴定结构。结果 分离得到 7个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (Ⅰ )、7 甲氧基香豆素 (Ⅱ )、7 羟香豆素 (Ⅲ )、异阿魏酸 (Ⅳ )、1R ,2R ,4R 三羟基薄荷烷(Ⅴ )、反式对羟基桂皮酸 (Ⅵ )和胡萝卜苷 (Ⅶ )。结论
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the bioactive compounds from Siphonostegia chinensis Benth. METHODS: The compounds were extracted with solvents, isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods respectively. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (I), herniarin (II), umbelliferone (III), isoferulic acid (IV), 1R,2R,4R-trihydroxy-p-menthane (V), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid (VI), and β-daucosterol (VII). CONCLUSION: Compounds I ∼ VII were isolated from Siphonostegia.
