Chemical Constituents from Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot

摘要 从东紫苏(Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot)的75%丙酮水提取物中共分离得到12个化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为Massonianoside B(1)、Icariside E4(2)、1R,2R,4R-三羟基薄荷烷(1R,2R,4R-trihydroxy-menthane,3)、迷迭香酸(Rosmarinic acid,4)、迷迭香酸甲酯(Rosmarinic acid methyl ester,5)、迷迭香酸乙酯(Rosmarinic acid ethyl ester,6)、Nepetoidin B(7)、咖啡酸(Caffeic acid,8)、咖啡酸甲酯(Methyl caffeate,9)、Oresbinsin A(10)、原儿茶醛(Protocatechualdehyde,11)和3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲醛(3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-benzaldehyd,12).其中化合物1-3和5-12为首次从该属植物中分离得到. Twelve compounds are isolated from the 75 % acetone-water extract of the stems of Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot. Based on physieochemieal properties and spectroscopic evidences, their structures are then identified re- spectively as Massonianoside B (1), Icariside E4 (2) , 1R, 2R, 4R-trihydroxy-menthane (3) , Rosmarinie acid (4), Rosmarinic acid methyl ester (5), Rosmarinie acid ethyl ester (6), Nepetoidin B (7), Caffeie acid (8), Methyl eaffeate (9), Oresbinsin A ( 10), Protoeateehualdehyde ( 11 ) and 3,4-dihydroxy - 5 - methoxy- benzaldehvd (12). Compounds 1 -3 and 5 -12 are isolated from the genus Elsholtiza for the first time.
