摘要
目的 用HPLC法测定VE霜的含量。方法 将VE霜制成供试品溶液 ,经C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇为流动相 ,用紫外检测器在2 85nm处检测。结果 VE可与霜剂基质中的成分很好地分离 ,VE的线性范围为 0 .2~ 1.0mg ml,平均回收率为 98.82 % ,RSD为 1.92 %。结论 所建立的方法准确、可靠 ,适用于VE霜的含量测定。
Objective Vitamin E cream is determined by HPLC.Methods The sample solution of vitamin E cream is prepared.HPLC analysis is carried out through C 18 column,methanol as mobile phase,detected by UV scattering detector.Results Vitamin E and other components in matrix could be separated completely.The standard curve of vitamin E was linear over the range of 0.2~1.0mg/ml, r =0.9988.The average recoveries( n =6) of vitamin E was 98.82%(RSD=1.92%).Conclusion The proposed method was precise,reliable,and could be used to determine vitamin E in vitamin E cream.
