摘要
目的优化肤炎清乳膏的制备工艺,以及考察肤炎清乳膏体外释放度。方法采用O/W的方法制备肤炎清乳膏并且优化其制备工艺,其次进行肤炎清乳膏与软膏的质量检查与比较,然后采用凝胶扩散法进行肤炎清乳膏与软膏的体外释放度研究与比较。结果与肤炎清软膏相比,肤炎清乳膏在主药含量、刺激性、稳定性等方面无明显的差异;但是在外观方面优于肤炎清软膏,而且肤炎清乳膏有更强的体外释放度。结论肤炎清乳膏比肤炎清软膏更适合于临床应用。
Objective to study the optimized the preparation process of FuYanQing cream and in vitro release. Methods the optimized the preparation process of FuYanQing cream was prepared and studied by use of the O/W. the quality of FuYanQing cream and ointment were compared and studied by followed, the in vitro release of FuYanQing cream and ointment were compared and studied. Results compared with FuYan- Qing ointment, there were no significant differences in the main content of cream, irritation, stability of FuYanQing cream, But there were better degree of in vitro release and appearance of FuYanQing cream. Conclusion It is practicable that the FuYanQing cream was used to replace the FuYanQing ointment.
