摘要
对硫酸头孢喹肟乳膏剂进行质量控制。取处方对应量的乳化剂水相和油相,在水浴分别加热至80℃使其溶化,而后将两相溶液混合,待温度降低至40℃时,加入硫酸头孢喹肟溶液,冷却制得乳膏剂,对其外观性状、药物含量、稳定性、刺激性等各方面进行质量控制。结果表明:硫酸头孢喹肟乳膏剂外观性状及稳定性均较优,无皮肤刺激性,测得其含量为99.40%,平均回收率为98.72%。本乳膏剂处方工艺设计合理,质量控制方法可行。
This article studied the preparation of cefquinome sulfate emulsion and established a method of quality control. The oil phase and water phase were taken according to the prescription quantity and heated separately to 80℃ on the water bath to melt. Then the two liquids were merged under the same temperature. When the tempera- ture declined at 40℃, cefquinome sulfate solution was added into and stirred to clot and the emulsion was obtained. Finally a series of quality control were performed such as appearance character, content of drug, stability, stimulation and so on. The results showed that the cefquinome sulfate emulsion was stable and had good appearance and properties. There was almost no stimulation on animal. The measured content of cefquinome sulfate was 99.40%. The average recovery was 98.72%. The preparation technique of the emulsion was designed reasonably and the method of quality control was feasible.
