摘要
用RuO_4染色法研究了LIPN PBA/PS/PMMA乳胶粒的形态结构并用透射电镜和图象分析技术测定了乳胶粒尺寸及其分布。讨论了引发剂、交联剂、反应温度及加料方式对形态结构的影响。
In this paper, the morphology of LIPN PBA/PS/PMMA latex particle was studied using RuOi-staining technique. The experimental results have shown that when oil-soluble initiator AIBN was employed,the 'inverted' core-shell morphology formed,on the contrary,when water-soluble K2S2O8 was used,the regular core-shell morphology resulted. The core-shell latex particles are favourable to be formed with descending polymerization temperature and with increasing K2S2O8 concentration, the amount of crosslinking agent. As compared with semibatch method of monomer adding the core-shell regularity got poorer when batch method was used.The latex particle size distribution was determined by transmission electron microscope and photograph analysis technique.
