摘要
探讨填充锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷粉和乙炔炭黑的压电IIR阻尼性能。结果表明,随着乙炔炭黑和PZT压电陶瓷粉用量增大,压电IIR的损耗因子先增大后减小;随着极化温度和电压升高、时间延长,压电IIR的损耗因子先增大后趋于稳定。制备压电IIR的优化条件是:乙炔炭黑和PZT压电陶瓷粉用量分别为8和80份,极化温度、电压和时间分别为80℃,55 kV和35 min。
The damping property of piezoelectric IIR filled with PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder and acetylene black was investigated. The results showed that tang of piezoelectric IIR increased at first,and then decreased with the increase of the addition level of PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder. Tanδ of the material increased in the beginning,and kept stable as the polarized temperature rose, polarized voltage increased and time extended. The optimized conditions for preparing piezoelectric IIR were as follows:acetylene black 8 phr,PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder 80 phr,polarized temperature 80℃ , polarized voltage 55 kV,time 35 min.
