尼龙1010异常光性球晶的研究 被引量:3

摘要 加一级红补色板时利用偏光显微镜观察,发现尼龙1010可生成四类七种异常光性的球晶:六瓣形黄蓝交替放射状与环状球晶;黄蓝对半的两瓣形放射状球晶;一半黄,另一半是蓝-黄-蓝的不对称四瓣形放射状与环状球晶;带正光性环的负放射球晶与负放射-负环-正环球晶。 Four kinds of spherulites of nylon 1010 with unusual optic property have been found. 1. Six-sectional spherulites:within 180 to 205℃,nylon 1010 can be formed nonringed six-sectional spherulites observed under a crossed polarizing microscope with a first-red compensating plate, three are blue,other three yellow. Heating mixed ringed spherulite,it will transform to ringed six-sectional at 158℃. 2. Two-sectional spherulites:Nonringed two-sectional spherulites are obtained within 180-195℃,a half is blue and another yellow. 3. Asymmetric four-sectional spherulites. In 180-205℃ ,nylon 1010 crystallizes to asymmetric four-sectional nonringed spherulites which a half is blue or yellow,other is yellow-blue-yellow or blue-yellcw-blue. Heating positive ringed, it changes to this ringed spherulite at 158℃. 4. negative spherulites with a positive ring. When nylon 1010 is crystallized above 205℃,it will form a positive ring around a negative spherulite.
