摘要
研究了扫描电镜观察用尼龙1010样品的离子刻蚀条件,观察到尼龙1010正环状球晶的晶片结构为中心放射生长,晶片扭曲、支化。
The suitable corrosion condition of nylon 1010 for obervation of scanning electron microscope by ionic bombardment has been obtained:1~2 mA,600~700 V,30~45 min. The structure of the positive ringed spherulites of nylon 1010 corroded by this method have ben observed that is rotating growing from a centre, and the crystal plates are twisting and branching.
