摘要
文章介绍了一种揭示尼龙6材料表面结晶形态的新方法 -水热溶蚀法。该方法不仅能够揭示尼龙6材料表面的结晶结构,而且处理方法绿色、环保、可靠。借助扫描电镜观察到的水热溶蚀处理后尼龙6薄膜表面结晶结构精细,是呈辐射态或有明显取向的纤维状结构。
This paper introduces a new method to reveal the crystalline morphology of Nylon 6 material,called as hydrothermal etching.It can not only reveal the fine crystalline morphology of Nylon 6 material surface,but also have the advantages of green,environmental protection and reliability.The crystalline morphology of Nylon 6 film was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),which is a fibrous structure with radiated state or obvious orientation.
